RT6268 为高效率，单片式的异步整流DC/DC转换器，输入电压范围从7V至36V，输出电流可达3.7A。RT6268具有内部补偿机制的电流模式架构，为车用5V充电应用中，大范围负载变化以及输出电容的优化解决方案。逐周期形式的限流机制可在输出短路时提供电路保护作用，缓启动机制则可消除启动瞬间的输入电流涌浪的问题。此外RT6268提供输出过电压保护，输出低电压保护与过热关机保护功能，低电流(<3μA)的关机模式则可断开与输出的连接，实现简易的电池供电系统中的电源管理。RT6268采用SOP-8(裸露焊盘)的封装规格。
